However, needs must, and there are a few points we would ask you take note of. Please remember, when you make a booking you enter into a legal contract with us. As we have stated, we are a small establishment and any cancellation, Śno-shową, or curtailment makes an impact on us. We would therefore request that you please provide a minimum 24 hours notice if a cancellation has to be made. We will not return any deposit held if this requirement is not met. In the event of a curtailment (i.e. cutting short a booked stay), should we be unable to re-book the room (despite our best efforts), a compensation of at least 50% of the total cost remaining will be charged. Checking-in is from 12.30 pm*. If you are going to be later than the arrival time stated when booking, please let us know of your new arrival time as soon as possible. If you do not inform us and have not arrived within 2 hours of your stated time we may offer your room to other customers, and any deposit will be retained. *Unless by prior arrangement.
